Privacy

Valri keeps as little about you as it can. This is everything.

What we store

• Your email address, so we can send you price alerts and sign-in links.
• The product links you watch, your alert settings, the lists you make and your language.
• For purchases you add: the product, the price you paid, the order and delivery dates, the return period and, if you enter it, the order number.
• Product names, images and prices we read from the shops' public pages.
• Usage events (for example “alert sent” or “alert clicked”) to see whether the service works and is useful.
• Anonymous page-view statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and private links are stripped before anything is counted. No advertising trackers.

Who processes it

The app runs on Vercel, data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon in the EU, and emails are sent from valri.nl through Resend. If you paste an order confirmation, we first remove addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and bank or card numbers, then send the rest to Anthropic (Claude) to read the order details. We don't store the pasted text. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your control

Every email has a link to manage or stop your alerts. On that page, “Delete my email and all alerts” permanently removes your address, alerts, lists and usage events. We only email you after you confirm, and only about the products you chose.
